Nigeria – Worldwide Humanitarian Organization (WWHO) has completed the construction of Masjid Inaya in Konbko Village, Nigeria, as part of its efforts to support local communities and provide facilities that respond to their needs.
The mosque was built on an area of 50 square metres, with the project covering a series of stages that began with site selection, followed by foundation works and wall construction, and continued through roofing, completion, and the opening of the mosque.
The project adds an important facility for the people of the village, providing a dedicated place where community members can perform prayers and observe their religious practices, while also serving as a shared gathering space.
The project was implemented in response to the community’s need for an appropriate place of worship, reflecting WWHO’s approach of supporting communities through initiatives that respond to local needs and create lasting value beyond the initial intervention.
With the opening of Masjid Inaya, the project has reached completion—from site selection and construction through to its opening—making the mosque part of daily life for the people of Konbko Village.
